A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party results provider, not retained by our servers as a search history. If you contact us, we receive the contents of that message and use them to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services produce routine logs such as IP address, browser type, page views, and timestamps. We review aggregated information to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
What We Do With This Data
We use this limited information to operate the service, address technical issues, count traffic, and improve reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.

County and state portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search tools are linked for convenience. Their privacy policies control information sent to them, including information submitted through sponsored results supplied by another company.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support providers process logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We otherwise disclose data only when a valid legal process requires disclosure.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for as long as the purposes described here require. There are no site accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles to maintain.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor sent information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Visitors may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a website holds. Minnesota’s Consumer Data Privacy Act, Minn. Stat. §§325M.10-.21, may provide applicable rights for covered businesses. Because we retain very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and server logs, then removing information that can be removed. Use the Contact page. Public records held by Minnesota, Dakota County, or city custodians are outside our control and must be addressed to that custodian.
